Welcome to EMERGEN-DB, the database of the EMERGEN consortium for the genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in France. This project is led by Santé publique France and ANRS | Emerging Infectious Diseases, developed, maintained and hosted by the French Institute of Bioinformatics (IFB) and has many partners listed below.

If you belong to one of the sequencing platforms of the consortium (CNR - Pasteur, CNR - Lyon, APHP Mondor, IHU Marseille) or are members of the of the ANRS virology network | Emerging Infectious Diseases, and if you have you have the appropriate authorisations, this web page allows you to to submit your sequence files in the format required by the consortium.
