Application Beacon

The beacon application contains API specification established by the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health initiative (GA4GH) that defines an open standard for federated discovery of genomic and phenotypic data.

Templates

The beacon application contains 2 templates :

• beacon_form.html : page that allows the user the Beacon APIs via a user friendly interface.

• beacon_index.html : page that displays only the beacon APIs.
