Routine Update Pangolin/Nextclade

Verification

To verify if EMERGEN-DB uses the lastest version of Pangolin/Nextclade:

1. Open Admin and go to Nextclade or Pango tables

2. On the search bar of the table you can the check the version displayed

3. Compare these versions to the lastest releases of Pangolin/Nextclade in Github:

if the versions matches the releases, the tools are up to date, if not contact the team working on the workflow to make the update support-emergen-workflows@groupes.france-bioinformatique.fr

After every update, it is required to relaunch the workflow for all the sequences in EMERGEN-DB to be conmpletely up to date
